Hello, I’m Jillian!

With a business consulting background, I focus on the whole business, not just the numbers. My overarching goal is to have clear workflows and clean financials. This allows us to spend time evaluating financial analyses and your value to your customers, your people and their growth. We then use what we’ve learned to grow your revenue and thus bring joy! With years of experience in manufacturing, I am process-driven and love seeing results through process. I’m a bit of a unicorn, embracing my knack for numbers and process, while also loving marketing, people, and client service. 

I am a client services and systems pro with 15 years experience; a results-driven creative problem solver and strategic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

One of my favorite experiences was getting my MBA from George Fox University. I am passionate about personal development and growth and I love talking about business operations. I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. Before joining Breakaway, I worked as a financial analyst, client service specialist, and business consultant.

In my spare time, I love exploring my new home in Sandpoint, Idaho with my husband and three children—hiking in the vast wilderness, playing in the lake, meeting new friends, and hosting old friends and family who visit this mountain lake playground…oh and kitchen dance parties are known to occur as well!
